All gift vouchers are subject to availability at the time of booking and are valid for 36 months duration from the date of issue. A 2-night minimum stay may apply for accommodation bookings. Any extension of expired vouchers will not be accepted. This Voucher is to be used in one transaction and is non–refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash exchange. Gift Vouchers must be presented upon check-in for hotel accommodation. To redeem a Gift Voucher please call our Reservation Team and quote your voucher number. Original gift voucher must be presented on day of redemption. Reservation hours are Mon to Fri 8am to 7pm and Sat & Sun 9am to 5pm.
