Terms and Conditions


Gift vouchers are non-refundable (except if a refund is required under the Australian Consumer Law) and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift vouchers are only redeemable at the Salter Brothers Hospitality properties listed on the e-certificate or gift card. The gift voucher may be used to purchase any goods and/or services at those properties.

Bookings are essential. Redemption of the gift voucher is subject to the availability of the goods, services or the property, and booking conditions may apply. When making a booking please quote the gift voucher number.

Bookings are subject to standard property cancellation policies.

Please note that lost or stolen gift vouchers cannot be replaced.

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

Salter Brothers Luxury Collection Operations Pty Ltd (ACN 664 580 652) is the issuer of this gift voucher.

Where can the gift voucher be used?

The gift voucher can be used at any Salter Brothers Hospitality property listed on the gift voucher to purchase goods and/or services, for example accommodation, dining and activities.

When does my gift voucher expire?

Your gift voucher will expire 3 years after the issue date listed on the back of the card or bottom of the e-certificate.

Do I have to spend the entire amount of the gift voucher in a single purchase?

No. Gift vouchers are partially redeemable. Within the gift voucher’s validity period, any available balance can be used for multiple purchases at any participating Salter Brothers Hospitality property.

What happens if I lose my gift voucher or it was stolen?

Lost or stolen gift vouchers cannot be replaced however should you be in this situation, please contact our friendly staff on 13 77 42 and we will do our best to assist. Personal information and photo ID may be required.

Are there terms and conditions that apply to the gift voucher?

Yes, a brief summary of the terms and conditions are printed on the back of the card or bottom of the e-certificate.
