Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. All gift vouchers are subject to availability at the time of booking and conditions may apply. Gift vouchers are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash exchange. Value vouchers are partially redeemable, vouchers valid for a set experience are not partially redeemable. Gift vouchers are only redeemable at the Salter Brothers Hospitality properties listed on the gift voucher. The gift voucher may be used to purchase any goods and/or services at those properties. Please note that lost or stolen gift vouchers cannot be replaced. Gift vouchers are issued for personal use only and must not be resold, transferred, or used for any commercial, promotional, or marketing purposes without prior written consent from Spicers Retreats.
